Confirm that you qualify for Protect IVA by submitting an online application form. DMS, specialist in providing Payment Protection Insurance, will take care of the rest. They will underwrite your application, offer you the cover pointing out any Exclusions or Amendments that may apply, and send you a pre-populated Application Form and Direct Debit Instruction for completion and return to their FREEPOST address.
