Step 4: Start your journey to a DEBT FREE LIFE
DMS will confirm to both you and your Insolvency Practitioner that Protect IVA will commence as soon as you give the instruction for it to do so.
As soon as you instruct DMS to put Protect IVA into force, DMS will send you all your documentation and confirm that all your Protect IVA guarantees are now in force.
PLEASE NOTE: So long as you have told the truth on your application, and you continue to pay the small monthly premium:
•The insurer cannot cancel your cover.
•The insurer cannot increase your premium.
•A redundancy claim can be paid for up to 12 months.
•A sickness or accident claim can be paid up to sixty months from the start of your IVA.
